Another “Service” Issue

Nick Bradbury, who writes the excellent Feed Demon news aggregator, is refusing to service his product…wait for it…wait for it…to people who stole it in the first place.

Bravo Nick for the “sleeper” errors you’ve incorporated into your product so that the doubly-audacious thieves are easily identified.

Bad Service - Not Just for Americans Anymore

It appears Australian telecoms provide the same service as their American counterparts, perhaps even worse.

If you can’t be an athlete…

I attended my first professional golf tournament last week. A vendor of ours invited 6 of us to their Sky Suite at the Muirfield Village Golf Club for the Memorial tournament. The experience was incredible, but, as usual, you get a much better feel for what’s going on when you watch on TV.
